1. Consult
In person or virtually, we will discuss your goals for each room and agree on a plan going forward. This no-obligation chat can be as short as 15-30 minutes.
2. Organize
From our consultation, we organize each room to a level never seen before. We view your property through the eyes of a guest to achieve the most user-friendly environment possible.
3. Clean
The #1 request by guests is cleanliness and we take that to the extreme. We make your property shine by being the most immaculate space your guests have ever enjoyed.
4. Inspect
We call it Perfection Inspection. Our CEO Chris personally inspects every room once it's been organized and cleaned to make sure it is up to our 5-star standard.

We start your cleaning engagement by doing a full evaluation of your property’s layout, items included, and supplies. From there we organize – applying those little touches that make your property feel more like home. From wire and cable management to determining the best way to provide shower amenities (dispenser or bottles?), we work with you to deliver the best experience to all your guests.
After this initial phase, Operation Clean continues to clean and maintain your property after each stay; cleaning, polishing, restocking, and returning the property to its original pristine condition so that it’s ready to welcome your next guests, every time.
