Is the price negotiable?


Price is negotiable - this is covered during our free consultation session.




Can I save money if I provide my own cleaning products or you don’t need to use the eco-friendly stuff?


We are proud to use a selection of specifically chosen cleaning products in our lineup of approved products. Our staff is trained on using these brands that we know and trust. As such, we do not use products provided by clients.




How often can I schedule cleaning?


You are welcome to schedule as frequently as you would like – it is your home, after-all! We highly encourage our clients to maintain a regular schedule that fits their budget and personal schedule to ensure that they can maintain a clean and peaceful home environment.




Can I start with Standard reoccuring cleaning?


First time customers can start with the "Standard/Classic" cleaning, however we do encourage customers to start off with the "Deep" cleaning as this will allow us to establish a cleanliness baseline for future cleans.




How do you choose which rooms to clean?


Our cleaning packages are designed to capture specific areas of the home. We are happy to work with you during your consultation to design a package that better meets your needs;

First time customers are able to begin with a Standard/Classic" cleaning. It is our strong recommendation to have their first clean be the "Detailed" cleaning as this will allow us to establish a cleanliness baseline for future cleans. We are happy to be respectful of your choice and budget and will guide you through our offerings on your personal consultation.




What is a Detailed clean?


Detailed Cleaning: includes methodical cleaning throughout each room, plus organizing each room for maximum functionality. We use Velcro straps on all cords to shorten the length, removal of all trash, removal of items for donation, removal of items for recycling, setting up each room for success, tying laces of lose shoes as needed, restacking and categorizing items around the house such as the pantry, closet, fridge, spice rack, etc. We change the linen for each bedroom, wash all the dishes, and handle all laundry.

Our signature is to also move furniture away from the walls to display just how clean your home is and ensure nothing is touching the ground except furniture. Bathrooms, baseboards, from ceiling to floors, vents, glass, windows, and much more.

Not only do we organize, clean, and present the home we simultaneously provide a junk-removal service.
